The following are the most common tests that the top MBA schools in Delhi NCR accept for MBA admissions:

CAT: The Common Admission Test (CAT) is an exam for aspiring managers in India's 1 IIM institutions and over 1 B schools, with more than 200+ B school students across the country.It consists of three components: mathematical skills, quick analytical reasoning, verbal ability, reading comprehension and logical and analytical reasoning.

XAT: Xavier Aptitude Test is an MBA entrance exam of the country and is administered by XLRI, situated in Jamshedpur city of India.

Owing to its nature compared to other MBA entrance exams, it generally takes a period from six to nine months of preparation time for readiness. There are four portions: General Knowledge; Ability and Data Interpretation; Verbal Ability and Logical Reasoning; and Decision Making portions.

MAT: The MAT is one of the entrance tests conducted by All India Management Association AIMS for those who want to do their MBA and PGDM at a level in India. The MAT test is held four times in a year - in February, May, September, and December. However, the test is available in three modes- remote proctored internet-based test or IBT, online computer-based test or CBT, and in offline mode, known as paper-based test or PB.

Every college or university sets up its entrance standards and requirements, including the scores, for example, from the tests mentioned above.

MBA Colleges in Delhi Eligibility Criteria

The minimum eligibility requirement is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in any discipline from any recognized university/institution with a cumulative mark of 50%.
National Placement Tests: Admission is based on national placement tests such as the Common Admission Test (CAT), Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT), Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT), Common Administration Entrance Test (CMAT), and Management Aptitude Test. There would be minimum marks eligibility as required by the respective colleges.
