Every year all the IIMs (Indian Institutes of Management) conduct this national level entrance examination on rotational basis. This year IIM Ahmedabad (IIMA) is going to organize CAT 2021 exam. CAT 2021 Exam Day Guidelines
The CAT 2021 examination will be conducted in 3 sessions and you have to report 30 minutes before the gate closing time.
- 1st Session or Morning Session – 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM and no entries will be entertained after 8:15 AM.
- 2nd Session or Afternoon session – 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM and no entries will be entertained after 12:15 PM.
- 3rd Session or Evening session – 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM, and no entries will be entertained after 4:15 PM.
CAT 2021 Exam Pattern
- Mode: CAT paper will be conducted online via online (CBT) mode
- Duration: candidates will get total 2 hours (120 minutes) for the CAT exam 2021
- Questions: CAT 2021 exam consists of both objective and subjective type questions
- Marking Scheme: For every correct answer aspirants will get +3 marks and 1 mark will get deducted for the wrong answer in the objective type questions section. And there will be no negative marking for the wrong answer in the subjective type questions section.
